    I had my wedding cake made here in 1988. It was the best Cake ever. That started my awareness of this fantastic family run bakery. Just celebrated a 90th birthday for grandpa this year and the cake and pastries are still the best! That my friends is what we call consistency. This bakery uses experience, excellent ingredients and love of what they do to produce products at the highest level. No mass produced product at the grocery store can even come close to the taste. Buns, bread and pastries were invented to taste great, Blak's has perfected them!

    Description A family owned bakery since 1918. Our main products are eastern European breads, cakes and pastries. All our bread is baked in the original 1918 Peterson brick hearth oven. We have been using grandpa's recipes since 1918 no artificial flavours or preservatives in our breads. ALSO KNOWN AS "THE PACZKI PRINCE OF CANADA", AS SEEN ON CBC AND THE "A" CHANNEL. We offer retail sales as well as delivery wholesale, supplying better restaurants and banquet halls in the area.
